Philadelphia Prosecutors announced today that they are no longer seeking the death penalty for Mumia Abu-Jamal. A highly controversial case that has lasted 30 years. Similar to what Hurricane Rubin Carter experienced. A fabricated trial built on corruption and racism that influenced witness testimony, police, jury members, attorneys & the judge as well. Not to mention an obvious lack of evidence. To his supporters he is not only innocent but a political prisoner wrongfully accused. To some he is believed to be a cop killer.
